The BC Government has let it be known enough is enough.. Distracted driving fines will be going up. Repeat offenders will definitely feel the pinch. I sure hope this helps the situation

Reports from the Earthquake Exercise in Washington State Are Now Out
Last spring BC conducted the earthquake Excercise Coastal Response. At the same time Washington and other US states conducted Exercise Cascadia Rising. Here is a review of some of the Washington state reports. All very interesting epecially for the ARES folks. BC’s report should be out soon.
