State of Washington Declares State of Emergency Due to Weather-NOV 15 2015
Wind and rain over the last several days has caused the Governor of Washington State to declare a state of emergency. On a lessen scale the Mayor of Saanich, on Vancouver Island also declared a state of Emergency.

CECA AGM OCT 29TH 2015
On Thursday Oct 29th 2015 CECA held their Annual General Meeting after a volunteer appreciation event coordinated by the Nanaimo Regional District.
Thank you to all who served on the executive for the 2014/15 year and congratulations to those serving on the new executive. It looks like CECA will be have a busy fall and early winter this year with various events.

All HF frequencies have been returned to their normal use. Several frequencies had been in use in Mexico for Hurricane Patricia. This issue is past, and thanks to all who kept the frequencies clear
