MANY JURISDICTIONS RECOGNIZE HAM RADIO.

This is a good week to go before your local government and ask for a Proclamation for Amateur Radio.  The Surrey Emergency Program Amateur Radio Society did just that and the Surrey Council recognized them.   In addition several US jurisdictions have done the same.  If not this year, maybe in your planning next year think of this as an avenue to raise awareness of amateur radio.
