Environment Canada Changing Their Terms in Forecasts
Effective April 8th there will be changes in the wording of weather forecasts. For these changes go to
ARES Coordinators, you may wish to note the changes
Emergency Service Dispatchers’ and 9-1-1 Awareness Week.
In addition to it being Volunteer Appreciation Week in BC the Province has also recognized the folks at 911. In addition to this there is a page posted below to bring awareness of 911 issues. Might be something of interest to bring to an ARES Meeting.
