A 6.5 magnitude earthquake is reported at 0927Z 2 FEB 2014. The location is about a thousand kilometers northeast of the north island of New Zealand. A bulletin was issued for the areas within and bordering the Pacific Ocean BUT DID NOT INCLUDE Alaska, BC,Washington, Oregon and California.
