Many years ago emergency planners in this Province would not talk about earthquakes or the response. When the quakes started hitting a little closer to home folks started to pay attention. Now the latest quake in Taiwan has resulted in a large media actually talking about earthquake preparation. MAYBE we are making headway. I sure hope so
