Approximately 1,134 Peachland residents evacuated as a result of the Trepanier Forest Fire will be able to return home tonight. Thanks to favourable weather conditions and excellent firefighting efforts, a portion of the area under Evacuation Order has been reclassified to an Evacuation Alert area.
