It is not only your ARES unit that needs to train regularly. Training is ongoing at many levels as can be seen by the attachments below. ARES units need to train regularly and in BC that training needs to comply with the BC Emergency Management Protocols/ Principles.
Efficient and adequate training is necessary because as we all know ham radio will be there …. when all else fails.
