While this article deals with US Issues we have many similar situations here in Canada. I am aware of several situations in BC. It gets interesting when the pot is grown for medical reasons. Issues these lights raise get kicked back and forth between Health Canada and Industry Canada.  In the end to get anything done is a true challenge.
