The Radio Amateurs of Canada is pleased to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Ottawa, Ontario. The AGM event will be hosted by the Ottawa Amateur Radio Club and will be held in conjunction with the 2017 Ottawa Hamfest which is being held at the same location.

All RAC members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting.

Date: Saturday, September 9, 2017

Time: 1 pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Place: The Annual General Meeting will be held in the W. Erskine Johnston Arena, 3832 Carp Road in Ottawa.

• Report of the President
• Review of the 2016 finances
• Appointment of auditors for 2017

A Question and Answer period will follow the AGM proceedings. This is your opportunity to hear what your representatives have been doing over the past year, to raise questions, and to make suggestions about how RAC is managed and where it is going in the future.

The meeting will be attended by members of the RAC Board of Directors and Executive and is open to all RAC members. There will also be a Webinar which RAC members can attend remotely.
