Help BC Stay Green

If you are enjoying Canada’s outdoors this summer please do you part to preserve our forests, properties, and lives.  If you see a forest fire please call:  1-800-663-5555,   Cellular *5555, or 911.  Be ready to share as much information as needed to assist in the initial assessment of the fire.  Your assistance will help emergency management personnel determine the best course of action in managing the fire.

Before you head out,  please be sure to check the campfire regulations in your area.  Stay informed by calling: 1-888-3-FOREST for up to date information.  Please read the Stoves & Campfires PDF for information on outdoor fires, and be sure you understand the regulations.  Remember: The Wildfire Act  applies to all Public & Private lands in BC.
